Peoria, Illinois– Now you can take action for your community with just a click of a button. A new, Metamora based company is connecting you with every non-profit in the United States. "This year, South Side Mission will serve over 15,000 poor people, so every penny helps," says South Side Mission's Meg Newell.

And help is just a click away. Connect to Charity launched just two weeks ago and is already serving up support to the community. "It's one location, makes it very convenient for donors to track their donations," says Company President, Jeremy Droege.

That one location is http://www.connecttocharity.com. On the site, you can find every not for profit in your area, what it stands for and learn how to make a donation. "Any tool that makes a donor's life a little easier in order to support the organization of their choice is helpful to the donor and the organization," says Newell.

Connect to Charity promises to do just that. Droege says non-profits like Peoria's South Side Mission need help spreading their missions. With this site, you can find ways to give based on a specific cause, like homelessness or hunger. You can set a fund-raising goal, share it on a social networking site like Facebook and get your friends to help out.

"You as a donor, you as a volunteer, representative can go out there, and review your favorite non-profit organization to help reach potential donors," says Droege.

Connect to Charity is also promoting seasonal causes. Right now, it's working with the South Side Mission to make sure no one goes hungry this holiday season. It's a new way of Taking Action the Mission thinks will pay off well beyond the holidays. "If on-line giving is the direction the next generation is going to, we definitely wanna be there for them," says Newell.

Like Connect to Charity is there for non-profits across the nation. On the site, you can make more than one donation at a time. You can even print out a list of donations you made throughout the year, so it's easier come tax time.

The Connect to Charity Company says it gets five percent of your donation when you give, that's just for upkeep of the site.
